It Didn’t Break Me. It Blessed Me.

Have you ever received news that could’ve shattered you?

The kind of news that once would’ve knocked the wind out of you. But instead of breaking, you breathed.

Instead of falling apart, you stood still.

You threw your hands up and said, “God, I thank you.”

Because when you’ve invested in your healing—when you’ve done the work—your peace doesn’t live on shaky ground. What felt like it was working against you? Turns out, it was setting you free. It was positioning you, strengthening you, preparing you.

And truthfully? I feel blessed.

Not just in a surface-level, “everything’s perfect” kind of way.

But deeply.

I’m smiling from the inside out.

Yes, there are still hard days. Days I feel tired. Days where fear creeps in and overwhelm tries to take over. But even in that, I feel covered. I feel held.

Because my healing doesn’t erase the chaos—it anchors me through it.

My motto?

Feel it. Process it. Rise above it.

Give yourself a day or two if you need it. But don’t live there.

And let me be clear:

Other people’s decisions, their actions, their storms—are not my burden to carry. Their chaos can no longer shake me. I’ve done the work to protect my peace.

So yeah, I’m genuinely excited for my future.

Because even on the hard days, I know I’m still blessed.

Scripture Reflection:

Romans 8:28 (KJV)
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”

Own your storm. Protect your peace. Move with Grace.
